A conveyor that draws with a scraper chain and transports the bulk material in the tank is called a scraper conveyor. The adjacent central groove of the scraper conveyor scraper is a flexible scraper conveyor that can be flexibly limited in horizontal and vertical planes. The working surface conveyor in which the fuselage is bent at a 90-degree angle at the intersection of the working surface 1 and the transportation lane is called a "corner scraper conveyor". In the current coal mining face, the role of the scraper conveyor is not only to transport coal and materials, but also the running track of the shearer, so it has become an indispensable main equipment in the modern coal mining process. The scraper conveyor keeps running continuously and production can proceed normally. Otherwise, the entire coal mining face will be discontinued, interrupting the entire production.
The main structure and the components of the various types of scraper conveyors are basically the same, and it consists of three parts: the head, the middle part and the tail part.
In addition, there are auxiliary components such as a hydraulic jack device for a pusher conveyor and a chain tensioner for a chain. The head of the machine consists of a headstock, an electric motor, a fluid coupling, a reducer and a sprocket. The middle part is composed of a transition groove, a middle groove, a chain and a scraper. The tail of the machine is the device for the return of the scraper chain. The tail of the heavy-duty scraper conveyor, like the nose, is also equipped with a power transmission device that distinguishes the upper and lower heads from the installed position.
Scraper conveyor classification
According to the arrangement and structure of the scraper conveyor chute, it can be divided into two types: side by side and overlap type. According to the number and arrangement of chains, it can be divided into four types: single chain, double chain, double center chain and triple chain.
The scraper conveyor can be used for horizontal transport or for inclined transport. When transporting along an inclined upward direction, the inclination angle of the coal seam shall not exceed 25°. When transporting downward, the inclination angle shall not exceed 20°. When the inclination angle of the coal seam is large, an anti-skid device shall be installed. The flexible squeegee conveyor allows bending in the horizontal and vertical directions of 2° to 4°.
