If the chain of the screw conveyor is rocked with the head wheel, the chain and the gear are not properly meshed, resulting in noise. A simple and effective way to solve this problem is to adjust the tensioner lift bolts to tighten the chain.

Since the screw conveyor inevitably exhibits the appearance of the material during the unloading process, the material overflows on the head wheel or the tail wheel, forming the head wheel and the tail wheel covered by the material, and even during the lifting process, the gear slip increases. Gear wear.

The tail gears of the screw conveyor have different degrees of wear, and the single chain plates of the chain also wear a lot of dents. The head and tail wheels must be inspected in time for timely cleaning of the head and tail wheels. Material, if the broken teeth are replaced in time, so as not to affect the equipment work.

 When the screw conveyor is running, if the front and rear wheels are not on the center line, the chain will form severe wear, and long-term use will lead to cracks in the future. In this regard, the direction of the bucket wheel and the screw conveyor tail wheel should be adjusted, the centerline should be identified, and then commissioned.
