2. Adjustable centering support device

The tube shaft is hoisted on the cover by means of bearings, U-bolts and bearings. In the work, once the spiral blade and the shell are found to be rubbed, the center position of the blade can be adjusted by the U-bolt to meet the needs of the screw conveyor for normal operation.
In general, the centering ring structure is mostly used on a screw conveyor with a small pipe shaft diameter, and the adjustable centering support structure is mostly used on a screw conveyor with a large pipe shaft diameter and a U-shaped casing. Due to the different manufacturing and assembly processes of the two, they can be selected according to the specific conditions of the production plant.
